Okay, enough of the soft bullshit by the dating community, here’s some real advice.

It is genuine to feel broken after heart breaks and breaks ups. Some guys go through it more often than other (because they don’t understand SIMPLE things).

You WILL come across a phase of life when every girl you meet or try to date/get into a relationship will treat you like a piece of shit.

Like EVERY fucking girl. They would text other guys, will hit or talk to other guys in front of you! (in a nutshell does everything irritating and annoying)

They WANT you to feel that burning sensation of jealousy and anger. They want you to act WEAK by making you think that you are losing them.

It is natural to feel that way but here’s what a strong man will do, he would simply IGNORE the bitches trying to make him feel jealous and(or) continue to do whatever the fuck he was about to do/exit the scene with silence.

It was not his loss by any means, she lost a potential boyfriend by acting bitchy and spoilt in front of him. This will either force her to submission (80%) or make her angry (20%).

These are called shit-test,

They are testing you to see if you are weak.

If you act weak (feel jealous, get mad, try to take her back, etc.), you fail. If you act strong (IDGAF, whatever…, I don’t care, etc.), you pass.

Then they test you again, just to make sure you didn’t go soft. You will not see it coming though.

Acting weak or hinting that you are weak leads to more tests. Weak can be anything don’t like, things associated with weakness, or actual weakness.

They are terrified that you will go soft on them at key points in their lives, and they don’t want to get stuck with a lemon.

It could potentially get irritating at times, that’s when you know you have to throw the bitch out!

Solution (yes there exists one)

They’re shit testing you. They want to test your frame. They want to see if you break like a bitch, are a fraud, or if you’re a real fuckin’ man. Can you blame them?

I will tell you, though, that they will shit test you less, test your frame less, the higher your SMV is. Very low SMV’s don’t get shit tests; they get shit thrown at them. Mid-range SMV gets a pretty good amount of shit tests. Higher SMVs get very few, and the highest SMV gets like no shit tests whatsoever. Girls instinctively know that too much shit test will drive a higher SMV male away, so they do refrain.

Raise your SMV somehow, get abundance (which sounds like you already have), and you’ll receive fewer shit tests.

SMV stands for Sexual Marketplace value.
