Look, I know many people who are just too depressed because they just wasted their entire day!
When I was in school, after doing all the assigned chore, I used to sit Infront of the computer and watch Netflix (on my buddy’s account lol!).
It was the saddest period of my life with acute depression and anxiety.
All the medium/psychology gurus will do deep into what the FUCK is Anxiety and depression but let me put this straight!
When you waste your time, and you subconsciously know that, you feel depressed.
Hence keep working on something and get on you ASS!
1. Write blogs!
Isn’t that so simple? Well, it actually is.
“I want to give some useless political opinions”, well there you go. “I want to give tips on yoga and fitness”, well there you go! “I want to write fiction and erotica”, there you fucking go!
2. Learn a skill.
The examples can be chess (to keep you smart), MMA/Kickboxing (to protect you pride!), Video editing/content creation (to have something to be proud of!) or a sport.
3. Go to gym
Girls find muscular guys hawt, not only that but fuckable and arousing. This is a true fact, in case you don’t want to die virgin, go to the fucking gym.
4. Talk to your family and friends.
It is not that important to finish Squid Games or Wednesday, it can wait but maybe your parents or friends will not stick around forever. This might be your last chance to confess how grateful you are to have them in your life.
Rember, tomorrow is not guaranteed!
5. Watch podcasts.
It is far better than Netflix’s supernatural fiction! Also it is educational and will help you in real life unlike Netflix, only for entertainment purposes with no connection to real life (maybe 1%).

6. Make friends.
It is never bad to have too many friends but it is actually good. They will have your back in times of need and help. A strong connection of brothers is especially important in the current times.
Remember, it is always You and me, Not You VS me.
7. Read/Listen to books.
I know reading is cliche, but it isn’t worthless. (I personally prefer listening) Books are actually insightful and powerful when use like a weapon. Books are not meant to be read and then packed away, they should be implemented in real life.
8. Hit on girls.
I know it is going OfCourse but maybe…just maybe you might actually succeed instead of dying alone and virgin. Chess (or life) is always played with a King and Queen. Queen is the most powerful piece but you don’t have one!
9. Make podcasts.

Coming back to the topic, It drastically improves your speaking skills and gives you that attractive vibe while you explain or speak about something. Also *wink* girls love guys that can put forward their opinions and are assertive!
10. Read Blogs and Articles.
Again a plug in! (ik, don’t be mad, just listen!) But reading is actually a really useful habit that gives you a 360 degree view of the world. maybe then you can post YOUR opinions too.
Phew! So that was all, try to implement one-two at a time because you obviously cannot do it all at once (you are a human, remainder!).
