Not taking charge:

Be it sports or life, not taking charge only proves worse. What could go wrong if you take charge?

You may go wrong and lead everyone to a loss, at least you have my respect for taking charge and not sitting like a coward like everyone else. But if you just stay back and back bitch about someone who takes charge during situations, you are a straight up Beta male.

Being coward:

You won’t talk to that pretty girl because you are too afraid of rejection. Then you see some random dude hanging around with her and you feel angry on yourself for not even trying. Then this cycle goes on! And you stay a Beta while the Alphas get all the bitches!

Blaming other people and factors for your situation.

“The gym was not that good, so I am not fit”, meanwhile people using their bodyweights to get shredded! “We are not special so I cannot be rich”, meanwhile people from council estates become billionaire!

Simping.

Gifting girls shit they don’t deserve expecting s*e for them is right, but if they refuse to give you s*e then don’t be sad. You should not buy expensive shit or like her every post to show your love, and if you do that then you’re a straight up Beta.

Being overly emotional.

Self-doubt and Low confidence.

If you doubt yourself then it will be hard for you to do almost anything! You will constantly have this fear of “What if I fuck up?” or “she will not fall for me!”, etc.
